Siberian Huskies are hard to resist, but the very qualities which make them so endearing can also make them a challenge to keep. Many of these beautiful creatures become strays, end up in dog shelters, injured (or worse) on the road, become the neighborhood nuisance, or end up abused and mistreated because the owner did not understand the breed. Huskies are not the breed for every dog owner. Before embarking on the challenging commitment of living with a Husky, please read here to learn more about the breed.
Chain link fence construction photos courtesy of the The Wolf Dunn. Thank you.
NOTE: That is actually an 8 foot tall fence in the photo, only used for purposes of illustration.
Of course our friends at Wolf Dunn would have known that a 5 foot fence is rarely enough to contain a determined husky. We wish we had found their invaluable information before our years of trial and error.
